Returns/Exchanges

Rock a Bib Baby wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. We will gladly refund or exchange unused, unwashed full-price items within 14 days of merchandise receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is defective or was damaged during shipping. All sale merchandise is final and may not be returned.
Please follow the instructions below to ensure accurate and timely processing of your return:

1. Send an e-mail to customerservice@rockabibbaby.com to request a Return Authorization (RA)
2. Make a copy of the invoice and keep the original for your records
3. Include the RA # on the copy of your invoice
4. Circle the item(s) that you are returning
5. Note the reason for your return
6. Specify if you would like a refund or product exchange
7. Pack the item(s) in the original box and include the completed invoice

Note: Refunds will be credited back to the card that was used to make the purchase. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within one week of merchandise receipt.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Sales Tax

6.0% state sales tax will be applied to all orders within the State of Connecticut. Orders outside the State of Connecticut are not subject to sales tax.

Any and all personal information collected by Rock a Bib Baby is used for the sole purpose of processing orders. Under no circumstances will any of your information be shared with third parties.

Rock a Bib Baby is committed to ensuring that all credit card transactions are handled in a safe and secure manner. All of our transactions are processed via PayPal™. Your Information is protected by SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Now you can shop with peace of mind.

Shipping (U.S.)

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. All purchases are shipped directly from Connecticut at a flat rate. Free shipping is available on all orders over $75. We ship "green" via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Orders placed Monday thru Friday will normally ship within 5 business days of order being placed. If an order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, it will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via e-mail notification.

Product Colors & Workmanship

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on this website. Some color discrepancies may occur due to different types of computer monitors and web browsers.

All Rock a Bib Baby products are handmade, which means that no two products are identical. Please allow for subtle differences and slight variations in fabric patterns.

Gift Packaging

All of our bibs and blankets include a gift card that is hand written with your message on it and secured to the item with white grosgrain ribbon. All products come enclosed in a high quality clear plastic bag for both protection and gift giving.
